Thanks, Karl. It's certainly not a major issue, but thanks for attending to it. I got confused about the whole "title" thing because I also didn't realize that there was an overriding <title> tag in the html files I created from index_example.html (which is a good thing).

Thanks; I see how it developed. From a user's point of view, the TITLE is important for viewer information and filename is not important to the viewer but is instead distracting.

Thanks, Karl. That's what I expected to happen and sometimes it does happen. But sometimes the path is added after the sitename. My first message was a bit confused because I also included the use of html files, but lets leave that out. My admin sitetitle is currently "RuthvenPhotos" and the folder ...

Contents of page meta <title> entries?

I can't figure out how X2 determines the page title to use, the one that appears in the browser status line, in the browser tab, and as the page title when you save the page as a favorite or bookmark. I've found sitetitle in settings, but that doesn't seem to do anything. I've used the meta title ta...

Karl, I'd sure like an option to only display titles, not filenames. With large galleries, it's a lot of work to individually add a "space" title to each image to prevent the filename from appearing.

You're right. There may be a bit of difference between these sets, but not very much. I'd say Imageview is doing a good job with thumbnails.

Thanks, Karl, I had completely forgotten that those two sets of photos were from different RAW conversions of those images (and different processing afterward; done years apart). I'll do them both from the same images later.

Can we get sharper thumbnails?

I'd like to have sharper thumbnails. I'm not talking about the rollover image (I disabled that), but the main thumbnails. I'm used to being able to set the thumbnail sharpness in Breezebrowser, and the Imagevue thumbnails are really soft (in my opinion). I'm using Quality = 100%.

Thanks, Karl. I'd like to have control over the opacity of the largecontrols, as is provided for the maincontrols.button. Just one more theme setting :-) Yes I understood that, as I emphasized in my previous email. Some themes dont have that large of a contrast between forground_color and background...

Karl, the largecontrols color is set to the foreground color. The largecontrol next and previous arrows to the right and left of the images are that foreground color when the mouse is near that contol (arrow). But when the mouse is not nearby, those arrows are much darker (which I referred to as alm...
