I've noticed a significant change in speed/performance of a slide show running in full screen mode vs normal mode. And I mean very drastic difference. Can someone explain what's taking place...

Take a look directly in the directory in question and see what is there... tn_pic and matching pic, and the permissions on each.

Make sure they exist and the permissions are correct.
