Renaming folder imagevue

01 Mar 2016, 10:34

Hi,

I installed imagevue in a test environment root/test/
When I try to rename the test folder I get a server error (500).

How can I resolve this? It is one the same domain...

thanks in advance

You have posted in the X3 forum, yet there is no folder called "imagevue" in X3 ... Are you trying to setup the old Imagevue X2? Also, not sure what "test" folder you are referring to, because there is no folder in neither X3 or X2 called "test" ... This is some localhost server?

Hi,

Sorry I didnt explain it well.
Right now I uploaded all the x3 files to a folder 'test'. So I reach my gallery surfing to : domain.com/test

I would like to change test to something else, like "domain.com/final" but when I do this I get a server error 500.

Its not a local server.

never mind. It works now.
Probably it just was a server error.

Apologies!

I rechecked, still get the 500 error. Imagevue keeps referring to the old link.
Something I should edit in the settings?

The gallery itselfs always shows, but the error occurs when opening the panel.

So to be clear, the website works fine ... but you have problems in the panel? Also, what errors do you get? I don't understand "Imagevue keeps referring to the old link" ... If there is any redirecting from new url to old url, then this is not Imagevue, maybe something on your server ...
