It happens sometimes on chrome, not sure about IE and Opera though.
Of course ... But why are you posting that here?? Besides, I already replied to that topic!

Thanks
Some times it takes a little time to recover from a recent update, and also we need a decent amount of investigation into such bugs. This is something I can ´t recreate here out of the blue, and its nothing we have heard about earlier ... I doubt this is a bug created from latest release, although I will not swear on my mothers grave on that.

No, not really, Although I cannot recall when, I'd say it's about after the beta V2.

But it's not really a big deal, and I usually tell my clients that was Chrome's fault and partly adobe flash if they ask me about it. Sometimes you gotta lie :P.

I have bought 3 commercial licensed for 3 clients so far using imagevue as a simple product/portfolio showcase.

I managed to pinpoint the bug occurance. The "window of occurance" of this bug is while image is fading in (that's right after the border resizes). If you click another image (to load it) at that specific time interval then the frame goes blank and the loading frame/center/box is moved in upper left corner.

Half of my videos will not load after clicking the thumbnail. I get a thin white vertical bar. If I hunt around with the cursor at the top of the bar, the controls will appear and I can select play. I can hear the audio from the video, but can only see the thin white vertical bar.

Do you have a link to your gallery with this issue? And what platform OS/Browser are you using? I am trying to understand underlying reasons

It look like it is easily reproducible in Opera 10.10, but can happen in any browser. It happens on all galleries on my page. I can also reproduce it on your demo page. Just clicking next button or on the image itself.

Did you solve it ?
You can recreate this in any gallery - just start slideshow for long time.
I saw it on all sites from user example

I think this issue is only reproducible from clicking the thumbnails in the thumbnailscroller below ... Did anyone experience it from clicking previous/next buttons, or from any other event?

I am able to reproduce it with next/forward button above thumbnail and by clicking on the images. So for me it is reproducible in all clicking areas. On Opera browser I can reproduce it in one minute just by clicking fast.

I can't

I tried to produce this in IE8, Opera10, Safari4 and wonderful Chrome4 and couldn't...I clicked all there is to click, rapidly, slowly and all other speeds, but everything was fine... Maybe patience to let images load could help ??

Vlasenko Oleg: What version are you using? This specific issue seems related to something we fixed earlier... Perhaps I can get login to your admin?
