I lost the quick link function in my admin module, When I rollover the blue + icon, nothing happens anymore ?

How can I get this function back.

I using the latest version 2.6.4

I think I have found the cause of this error

If you make two lines or more in the Description field, in a folder

Example:

Model:
MUA:
Location:

Where the lines are split using the Return key, then it's suddenly not possible to use the quick-link "+" icon

If I remove the text from the Description field, then it works again and I can see the structure of my folders
